Composition
Reese’s compositional practice expresses concepts such as the intersection between man and the divine, as well as human decision-making and impact through a Christian lens, with work ranging between sonic violence and sonic intimacy.
She places great emphasis on collaboration and engaging in dialogue, not only on interpersonal terms, but also between concepts and phenomena.
Her wide-ranging performance activities have led her to engage with and explore ideas ranging between Gregorian semiology, texts in Ancient Greek and ongoing research in biodiversity.
